This process happens much more quickly and effectively with a coach by your side. As a coach, I help you by keeping you on track and focused on your goals. When life is so overwhelming that you feel too exhausted to do anything, I’m there to help you keep moving forward. Each week I learned something new from the coaching calls about how to eat healthier and feel better. Erin was able to offer an outside perspective on my diet and help me add easy, tasty, filling, healthy items. I would recommend Erin to anyone who wants to feel better and improve their health!
